Resort situato in un antico borgo nel cuore
della Maremma Toscana, a pochi km da

travertino e le tinteggiature fatte con
particolari tecniche e affreschi ad opera del
pittore aretino Carlo Consoli. Gli arredi,
curati nei particolari sono stati realizzati da
una falegnameria artigiana di Arezzo. I legni
utilizzati sono ciliegio e noce.
Il tutto è un tipico esempio di architettura
rurale toscana dove hanno trovato posto: un
romantico hotel per circa 472 mq con 12
camere ate di tutti i più moderni comfort
e personalizzate da affreschi che evocano
antiche storie e leggende, un`esclusiva SPA
di circa 105 mq con sauna, bagno turco,
docce emozionali e cabine per massaggi
dove si effettuano trattamenti ayurvedici,
vino terapia e ciocco terapia. Il rispetto della
natura e la simbiosi con essa rappresentano
la filosofia dell`intera struttura e la ritroviamo
anche nell`esclusivo ristorante. Un ambiente
di circa 100 mq caldo e accogliente, con
una raffinata sala interna e una terrazza che
si affaccia sul bosco di lecci secolari. Il
menu segue l`andamento delle stagioni
utilizzando solo ingredienti freschi e del
territorio.
Il Resort è situato in una delle zone più
suggestive della campagna Toscana, a tra
Siena e da Grosseto, è un angolo di
Maremma ancora incontaminata e
selvaggia. Tra storia e natura la struttura è
insediata proprio nel cuore di diverse zone
protette, un autentico patrimonio
naturalistico e faunistico e i numerosi
itinerari offrono al visitatore una vasta
gamma di escursioni, trekking, passeggiate
in mountain bike e per gli amanti del bere
bene e della buona tavola non si può
dimenticare che in queste terre si
producono ottimi vini come il famoso
Brunello di Montalcino.
